We will attempt to give you a refund or exchange on every item purchased at any store when you bring in your original receipt and item/s within 30 days of the original purchase date. When you don’t have your receipt, we will offer a receipt look-up.
Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange.
Items that are opened, damaged and /or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
A defective item is subject to the manufacturers warranty and will be repaired or replaced according to the warranty.
No returns on special orders, Electrical Supplies, custom-made or custom-tinted products.
